smartPTZ delivers high-quality multi-camera production capabilities without a truckload of gear. Built for content creators, live-event producers, and mobile storytellers.
What We’re Building
smartPTZ integrates four powerful capabilities into one streamlined workflow:
- Apple’s advanced camera hardware and on-device AI
- The SRT transport protocol for ultra-low-latency, frame-accurate multi-camera synchronization
- Modern gimbal and drone stabilization technologies
- Professional multi-camera production best practices, distilled for smaller teams
Our goal is not to replace high-end broadcast systems, but to give smaller teams and independent creators access to similar capabilities — simplified, mobile, and enhanced with AI.
smartPTZ Live Sports Producers Program
Our AI sports tracking (the Game mode) is in active testing. It makes a range of observations and balances a set of rules to follow the play — and it gets sharper with real games and real producers behind it.
We’re looking for live sports producers to collaborate with: to run it in real conditions, share footage and feedback, and help shape how automated game coverage should behave. If that’s you, we’d love to talk.
Consulting & Live Production Services
If you need help producing an event or want assistance building a custom kit or studio setup, we offer consulting, design/build, and ongoing studio management services. Tell us about your project, and we’ll be happy to help.
Live Remote Production of 4 iPhones [Up to 4 Hours Live]
- Bring up to 4 iPhones/iPad to your event with tripods (gimbals optional, encouraged).
- Stream SRT to one of our remote vMix servers over the Internet. (Requires very good local Wi-Fi or cellular Internet service.)
- Control the cameras and vMix through the smartPTZ Console.
Cost: $500 to $1,000 (discounts for multiple event/game series).
